“ Have visited here from Wisconsin many times. We are staying at Westin Mission Hills for 2 weeks. They highly recommended Si Bon. We never knew about it. Kind of hidden spot near Albertsons on Monterrey Country Club. No disappointment here. Excellent food, service atmosphere. I had the Belgian Waffles my husband had 3 eggs, potatoes delicious, link sausage, Foccascia. Hope to be back again before we head home. ”

“ Belgian Waffles is only the tip of the gastronomic iceberg at this local eatery a favorite for tasting flavors not usually found here in the Coachella Valley. Amazing Belgian Waffles with chicken served like a taco. A wonderful deeply flavored chicken and mushroom crepe or Thai pasta salad with shrimp generously served with crispy crunchy flavors. The dining room has a charming bistro feel and service was provided with courtesy and a smile. Reasonably priced so you get a great meal for 2 for about 50. “ Ive been to this restaurant twice and had a wonderful experience. The first time I ordered the stuffed mango waffle and the second time i had the tuscany eggs benefict. It was good. They were accomodate the 12 people reservation that I placed for a breakfast baby shower gathering. The staff was courteous and responsive. The service was fast even with the large group that we had. Just be mindful that on a weekend its really pack and busy. ”
“ Had a great brunch at Si Bon on Monterey today. Very busy but ran like a well oiled machine. Ramiro was very attentive, with as busy as it was, well done. The food was delicious. Escargot waffle appetizer was amazing. Eggs, Benedict with Waffle, Smoked Salmon and Caviar was delicious as well. The Mango Stuffed Belgian Waffle and the French Omelette definitely did not disappoint. Wonderful atmosphere and staff cant wait to visit for dinner as well. ”
